The first week will be a week of us brainstorming and taking the ideas that I have and you putting together a plan of action that will consist of how we will move forward over the next 30 days and beyond. There will be milestones that will need to be completed for payment to be processed and released in the 1st 30 days. After the 1st 30 days, we will go on a weekly, biweekly or a monthly payment that will last for the remaining of the six months. I will be as detailed as I possibly can about what I seek, and what I expect from you. Requirements: 1. If you cannot communicate on the Eastern Standard Time Zone, then this project is not for you. 2. You will need to meet me on a weekly basis, Monday morning, every single week, to discuss the week before, improvements, clear weekly To Do List, discussion for the following week. 3. I do not care if you are a solo person or a team, but I do expect my project to be a priority. 4. I will expect weekly reports. The report should consist of growth as well of areas that we can improve in as far as our social media and branding presence. 5. After the 1st 30 days, depending on what has transpired, we will decide whether to move forward with you. For the remaining of the six-month contract. 7. There will be different milestones as far as clientele, followers, business that is brought in from our social media and our website branding that would need to be met for us to continue in the contract 8. After the first three months, we will have a quarterly progress report where we will just sit down and discuss the pros and cons of what has transpired over the first three months. At that time, we will decide if we want to continue to fulfill the remaining portion of the contract. 9. Within that six-month contract it received fit that you have not met the necessary requirements. We do not see growth within that frame we will unfortunately relieve you of your duties. 10. After the six-month contract is over, you will go over the six months in a six-month progress report. At that time, we both discussed the pros and cons of the things we both see that had grown the business or handled the business and the brain. At that time, we were ever offered a year contract to monitor and continue to grow the brand and the team from a social media standpoint as well as a branding standpoint. Or we were in the six-month contract with both understanding that we did do something positive in the six months that we were together. Scope: 1. You will assist in creating a brand for myself and my future team. 2. This consists of creating a logo 3. You will be responsible for also creating a website page that will be my landing page for people to make appointments to get to know me and get to know any of the products and things that I offer. This page will also be the future page for my team, where I will pursue slowly but surely build. 4. You will also need to make sure that that website page ties into all social media branding pages as well. 5. You will need to take any head shots. It's just in videos that will be onto the page, and you will need to be consistent with that. 6. You will need to assist in growing.
